4. Fees, acceptable use, and IP rights

You must not misuse the Services, including by posting unlawful content, using malware, scraping without permission, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where the law allows. All Platform content and trade marks remain ours or our licensors' property; you are granted a limited, revocable licence to use them as provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of A140 A$ or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.
